Course Overview

The course provides a basic introduction to waste management; minimum requirements for the handling, classification and disposal of hazardous waste, waste disposal by landfill, and water monitoring at waste management facilities.

It further explores recycling and resource management, waste prevention, minimisation and optimisation methods.

The course is aimed at management staff with responsibilities for Operations, Facilities & Utilities, EHS, Procurement, Supply Chain, Project Management, Information Technology, Employee Communications and Change Management.
