Course Overview

Environmental management is constantly being influenced and shaped by policies, regulations and legislations at national and supranational levels. Businesses are now under legal obligations to discharge their environmental responsibilities, failing which they run the risk of being prosecuted and penalised for non-compliance.  Non compliance with environmental legislation often generates negative media publicity and could lead to loss of corporate reputation and affect relationships with stakeholders.
